All singers registered in Ilumini are required to attend the Ilumini Summer Choral Intensive, held from August 25-29, 2025. Is your child able to attend this intensive? (See below for more information.)(Required)

We have found that this week is essential learning and social time for Ilumini. Historically, singers that miss this week often struggle to keep up throughout the year or have ended up leaving the program entirely. This year's Ilumini Summer Choral Intensive will be held at Pearce Williams Camp Canada (009 Iona Rd, Fingal, ON) which is approximately 1.5 hours from downtown Hamilton. Singers will be bussed both ways.

Fundraising Information(Required)
Hamilton Children’s Choir is a non-profit program that asks its members' to participate in fundraising activities. To keep HCC as affordable to families as possible, members’ program fees only cover approximately 30% of the actual program costs. With that, and in addition to other development activities, we engage in a number of different fundraising efforts that may require assistance from our full HCC community, including singers and their families. This may include the selling of goods, asking friends/family for donations, and encouraging ticket sales at our events.

Financial Information

All payments will be collected via direct bank withdrawal or credit card payment through TUIO. We do not accept cheques or cash. Please note: there is a small payment processing fee for all credit card transactions through TUIO, but eChecks are free! If you are applying for Financial Award, you will be taken to the application form upon completion of this form. Payment Plan Policy(Required)
Choristers (including those that apply for Financial Award) will only be considered registered once the Registration Fee has been paid.
Refund Policy(Required)
Program fee refunds are available until December 31, 2025. No refunds will be considered after December 31, 2025. Flexible payment plans are offered to help with affordability and accessibility. After the December 31 refund date, you will be required to complete payment for the season's program fees, regardless of your child’s status with HCC. With this in mind, and understanding that I will have authorized all TUIO charges at the point of registration, I agree not to issue stop payments with my bank for charges related to HCC program fees.
