But before we get there, we need your help! Fundraising is an essential part of participating in HCC! We are a charity, so this funding helps us keep the lights on, pay staff, rent venues, order music, and more! Tickets are on sale now, here.

Silent Auction Information

We encourage you to approach your favourite local business and ask them for a donation to our silent auction. You know what? Most people say yes!

We have sent home letters with children to solicit donations. If you need more or prefer to send the letter digitally, you can fill out a customized letter here.

Once you have asked a business for a donation, please add it to this list. You can also look at this list for businesses that have supported us in the past two years. Silent auction donations will be collected at rehearsals during the two weeks leading up to the event.
