Today is GivingTuesday, an international day of generosity and kindness. This global movement, celebrated annually on the Tuesday following Black Friday and Cyber Monday, encourages people around the world to come together and give back to their communities.
This GivingTuesday, we invite you to join us in spreading joy and making a difference. We’re thrilled to say that once again, the incite Foundation for the Arts is matching all donations made to Hamilton Children’s Choir this year. This means your donation is doubled!
There are lots of great ways to participate in GivingTuesday…
Donate: This year, we are focusing our fundraising efforts on our Financial Award Program, due to the increase in applications we’ve had for this program. Did you know that 1 in 4 of our singers require financial assistance this year? We know the world has gotten more expensive than ever, and we always want to be here to help. It is an essential part of our mandate that no singer is ever turned away from HCC for financial reasons. This has been possible due to the generous gifts by donors like you. Donate here.
Volunteer: We love our volunteers! We recruit volunteers year-round to assist with our programming needs. Love music theory? Want to help us hand out programs or clean up after a concert? There’s a volunteer position for you! In addition to these opportunities, we’re also actively recruiting new Board Members to join us in the new year. Learn more here.
